1. ข้อมูลใบหน้า (Face Data)

2. การเข้าสู่ระบบคลินิกและการส่งสแกนเข้า DoodeeClinic

Faceliora uses the iPhone camera to scan a face and build a 3D model of it on that iPhone. Clinic staff who sign in with their clinic's DoodeeClinic account can also send 3D models to their clinic's system (section 2). This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, where it is stored, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and how to delete it.

1. Face Data

Section 1 applies to everyone. If you do not sign in to a clinic account, face data stays on the iPhone only. Scans are sent to a clinic only when clinic staff sign in and send them, as described in section 2.

1.1 What face data the app collects

The app does not recognize or identify anyone. It does not use Face ID, ARKit face tracking or facial landmarks, and it does not create a face template or faceprint.

1.2 How face data is used

Face data is not used to identify or recognize anyone, or for advertising, marketing, use-based data mining, analytics, profiling, tracking or training machine-learning models, by us or by any third party. It is never sold, rented or traded. If you scan another person, ask for their permission first.

1.3 Where face data is stored

Face data is stored on the iPhone, inside the app's private storage. If you do not sign in to a clinic account, the app does not upload face data to us or to any server. The app itself never saves face data to the Photos library, iCloud Drive or the Files app. When clinic staff sign in and send a scan, a copy of that scan's 3D model is sent to the clinic's system as described in section 2.

While a model is being built or a file is being exported, the app makes temporary copies and deletes them when the task ends. Any copy left behind by an unexpected exit is deleted the next time the app opens.

If you turn on iCloud Backup or a computer backup, iOS can include the app's files in that backup. Backups are controlled by your Apple settings; we cannot access them.

1.4 Sharing and disclosure of face data

If you do not sign in to a clinic account, the app does not share or disclose face data to us or to any third party, and we hold no copy of your face data. A scan is sent to a clinic only when clinic staff sign in, record the patient's consent and send it themselves (section 2).

RevenueCat, the subscription provider, never receives photos, depth data, face detection results, 3D models or names. The app identifies you to RevenueCat only by a random user ID.

Apart from backups you turn on yourself and sending to a clinic under section 2, face data leaves the iPhone only when you share it yourself through the iOS share sheet and choose the destination, such as AirDrop, Mail or Files: with "ส่งไฟล์ 3D" (Send 3D file), by sharing selected models from the library, or with "ส่งออกภาพต้นฉบับ" (Export original photos). After you share a file, the destination you chose controls it.

Depth data from the front TrueDepth camera, and LiDAR depth in older AR-mode scans, is used only to scan and build the 3D model on the iPhone. It is not used for Face ID, authentication or identification. It is not used for advertising, marketing or use-based data mining, by us or by any third party. It is never sold, shared or transferred to anyone, and it leaves the iPhone only inside files you choose to share yourself. Files sent to a clinic contain no photos and no depth data.

2. Clinic sign-in and sending scans to DoodeeClinic

Section 2 applies only to clinic staff who sign in with their clinic's DoodeeClinic account. If you do not sign in, the app works as described in section 1 and nothing in this section is sent. DoodeeClinic is the clinic system we operate for clinics; each clinic has its own account. Staff accounts are created by the clinic on the web; there is no sign-up in the app.

2.1 What is sent when staff sign in and send a scan

The file sent contains no original photos, no depth data and no face detection results. The app sends only scans that staff send with "ส่งเข้าคลินิก" (Send to clinic), or scans made for a patient chosen before the camera opens.

2.3 How this data is used

The data in section 2 is used so that the clinic can view the scan and use it in the patient's consultation and treatment planning, to authenticate staff, and to check whether the clinic has Faceliora Pro. It is not used for advertising, marketing, use-based data mining, profiling, tracking or training machine-learning models, by us or by any third party, and it is never sold, rented or traded.

3. Subscription

The app creates a random user ID (for example FL-7K3Q9P) that is not linked to a name, email or phone number. This ID and your App Store purchase history are sent to RevenueCat, the subscription provider, to check Faceliora Pro access. Payment is handled by Apple; we never see card details. The ID is kept in the iPhone Keychain, so it can remain after reinstalling the app. To ask for your subscription data at RevenueCat to be deleted, email us.

Clinic staff who receive Faceliora Pro through their clinic account: the app asks the DoodeeClinic server whether the clinic has access (section 2). Clinic account data is not sent to RevenueCat.

4. Camera and sensors

The camera is used only to take photos and depth data for the 3D model. The motion sensor is used only to align the model in AR mode. No audio is recorded.

5. Advertising and analytics

No ads, no cross-app tracking, no analytics tools, no data sales.
